1. Returns Due to Damage
We accept returns only in case the product received is damaged.

To be eligible, you must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please include clear photographs or videos of the damaged item and the packaging as proof.

2. Inspection & Approval
Once your return request is received, our team will inspect the details.

If the damage is confirmed to be from our side, we will approve the refund and it will be credited within 4-7 business days..

3. Refunds
Upon approval, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days from the date of approval.

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.

4. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
